What is RC III?

The Rejuvenation Collaboration is a two-week, FREE online series dedicated to providing busy nurses like yourself with strategies, tools, and resources to aide in your own self-care. We want to help you care for yourself at a mind, body, emotional, and spiritual level. After all, nurses do so much for others; it’s time we did something for ourselves!

I hope to listen in to RN.FM next Monday night 9pm EDT.  And don’t worry if you can’t make the show, Co-Hosts Keith Carlson, RN and Kevin Ross, RN will make sure the recording is available!

  1. I love it!!!! Thank you for sharing. Your energy is contagious! Hey Beth, are you one of those “rebels” you speak of? LOL. Thank you for an amazing article. I love your support. So glad we are connected and such close collaborators, nursing colleagues, and friends.

    • Hi Elizabeth!
Thanks so much. I am too. There is something very joyful about our work and collaboration! I am a bit of a rebel but didn’t dare mention it until I saw our friend and colleague, the Yoganurse.com, Annette Tersigni use it. I’ve worried about a negative connotation, but now I think of it as being a positive change agent!
Talk with you soon and good luck with RC III! What a huge accomplishment!
