Elizabeth Scala and I have known each other for several years as nurse entrepreneurs, authors, and friends.  We’ve had some dynamic conversations about engaging nurses in positive and healthy self-care and revitalizing our profession.  In my heart and soul I see her as a leader on the path of promoting exciting and rewarding nurse careers and she walks the talk every day!  Please take a few moments to explore the phenomenal Art of Nursing 2.0 program for yourself or your staff.  If you do, I guarantee you will be amazed!

Elizabeth Scala

After hearing, seeing and even experiencing the heartache that you and I know all nurses go through, I created a Nurse’s Week program to help us tap into those feelings of joy and inspiration of being a nurse. And I did so with great success, as last year’s inaugural event, enjoyed well over 300 participants from all over the country. In all specialties, job categories and shifts of nursing…–Elizabeth Scala, RN, MSN/MBA

Learn about Elizabeth’s vision of the future of nursing and sustainable transformation in this 3 minute video!

And WHY NOT make continuing education for nurses exciting?  This year individuals and organizations will both benefit when nurses learn:  How to Navigate the Shifting Healthcare Environment and Still Enjoy Your Nursing Career!  That’s the theme of Elizabeth Scala’s AON 2.0 Virtual Program!  Coming Nurses’ Week May 2015!

Do any of these sound or feel familiar?

  • I am constantly pulled in every direction.
  • I feel emotionally exhausted.
  • It takes me days to recover from one shift.
  • I am second-guessing my decision to become a nurse.

(There are many more examples of stressors we face at the Art of Nursing 2.0 website!)

The Art of Nursing 2.0 can touch your life.

This program is designed to engage, inform, and inspire your staff to be positive change agents! So much value it is hard to grasp!  If you an individual nurse you can register online.  If you are a nurse leader with a vision about inspiring and empowering nurses at the bedside you won’t want to miss this opportunity to bring this fantastic program to your staff.

I urge you to call Elizabeth Scala RN, MSN/MBA and learn more!

Each participant will receive their very own copy of the complementary workbook. Inside they will find handouts, self-reflective exercises, articles and much more that supplements what they will be enjoying via the videos and conference calls.
