Soliant-Health-LogoIt’s Nurses Week and I’m very honored to be interviewed as one of Soliant Health‘s small group of “Most Inspiring Nurse Bloggers!”   If you have been following “Confident Voices in Healthcare” you already know that listening to nurses and other frontline staff is a recurrent theme!

I think it is actually happening!  Yesterday, Medline published a post with several nurse leaders interviewed about persistent struggle with handwashing hygiene compliance AND Soliant Health began a series honoring nurse bloggers.   Being asked to contribute to both of these efforts is very exciting to me and so I exhale and enjoy this Nurses’ Week in a new way.

Being heard.  It is great!

Happy Nurses Week to all of my nurse colleagues!  Take heart, things are shifting!
