I am very excited to attend this workshop with Jude Treder-Wolff of LifeStage Inc. I’ve been an admirer of her work for sometime and am psyched to learn from her in person! She has written some great posts for ‘Confident Voices in Healthcare’ ( Most popular links below!) I’m excited because it dovetails with my work in bringing emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to the healthcare workforce and I know I’ll learn a lot.
But what about the workshop?
- Where: NYC
- When: 5/6/2016 from 1p-5p
- Cost: 70 bucks!
The course will explore techniques that strengthen situational and emotional awareness, thinking on one’s feet when under stress and expanding creative thinking about complex problems. Applied Improvisation techniques will be used to provide real-time opportunities to put this mindset into action and generate a positive, fun, supportive group experience. The workshop will provide ample opportunity to discuss these techniques and discuss ways to implement them in practice.
Jude Treder-Wolff is (allegedly) a writer/performer, singer and (supposedly) creative arts psychotherapist, Applied Improviser following the fear through improv classes at The pit, storyteller who has been featured on the RISK! podcast with her stories “The Help” on the BEHIND THE MASK episode, “be here now” on the TURNING POINTS episode, and “Winter storm” ON THE 2013 Christmas Day episode (okay, that is totally true).
