As we begin the busy holiday season, a time of much joy but also extra stress, I wish to share my favorite wellness helper, the healing art of Reiki!

It is a simple, natural, organic, non-invasive profound healing art done by the laying on of hands to help balance overall wellness of the body, mind, spirit and is suitable for people of all ages.

As a Progressive Wellness Practitioner for the past 14 years, my mission has been  to help others through hands on energy healing. And although energy healing has become more popular especially as it is offered in most hospitals, there are still many who have never heard or experienced it. I wondered the best way to reach others unaware of the benefits of Reiki and decided to write a book about it. As it is difficult to understand until one has experienced it, I wanted to focus on people’s experiences. I am pleased to announce that untitled-design-38Thanksgiving weekend, my new book, Experience the love, light, wisdom of Reiki, came out in print and is available for purchase.

Reading this book will easily engage you in an experiential journey to get to know Reiki and to see what it can do for you, your loved ones, and your pets. Throughout the book you can learn about the energy field and there are even  exercises for you to try. For me, the best part of the book is the more than 50 pages of true personal stories shared by me, some of my clients, and students; many who are nurses, musicians, artists, electricians, and even children which demonstrate the many ways Reiki can help. The possibilities are endless!

  1. Thanks, Marilynn. I know you are devoted to sharing your practice and others who have experienced it. (I had a profound session with Marilynn a couple of years ago and share the story in her book).
